I've had acrylic nails for years and recently discovered the CND Shellac system. I got my first Shellac manicure six days ago and chose the Rose Bud color. All the hype and excitement over this product is valid. After six days, my nails look as good as the day they were professionally manicured. I have horses here at home and I feed, scoop manure, and ride without gloves; that's an extreme test of the Shellac's durability. Application of the Shellac is quick and my nails look fabulous.

The photo is wrong...it's not the actual color of the polish!!May 30, 2011

Before you buy, the photo of the bottle is not the right color. It's muted, almost a slight mauve tone to it. It's a very nice subdued pink. Check the CNC Shellac website for a better idea of the color.

I really like this color. It's a nice pink without being too bright, but it's not completely neutral - perfect if you want a more conservative look. I absolutely love that the CND Shellac system works so nicely and lasts 2 weeks with no chips (as long as I apply it properly).

This is a soft baby pink - almost like cotton candy. It is a cream polish, not frosted. For those looking for a really nice pink, it's one of my favorites. If you want your polish to POP, look for another shade. Sometimes the color of the polish through the bottle is a little deceiving; you really have to put it on your nail to see the true color.

Very happy with this product. I was recommended by a friend to consider the shellac process when she saw the condition of my nails after removing artificials. They were torn, brittle and lifting from the nail beds. After the first use of Shellac with CMD from the beauty salon, it lasted 4-weeks before I removed. I was amazed at how strong and healthy my nails were after the removal of shellac. Requires patience in removal, but well worth it to have strong healthy nails after. I was so excited after I went out and bought the products to do them myself. Been using it now for about 8-weeks and my nails are long and beautiful.
Excellent rating for the vendor. Very prompt service.
