This is my favorite wax! Like the other reviewer said, if you get it too hot, it gets thin and watery. But this is an easy problem to solve, and I don't think it is a problem unique to this product. When the was gets too hot, just turn down the heat on the warmer and leave the lid off for a few minutes to diffuse that heat. Voila! It will eventually reach that "just right" temperature where it is melted but not too thin. I have not had any problems with this wax. Love it!!

I hate this wax. if you have course hair dont buy it. It doesnt pick it all up and if you heat up on high it turns watery and is a mess.
